Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use DUEX, participate in a pilot, or otherwise access a DUEX service. Visiting the public website alone does not create a paid-service relationship. A signed pilot agreement may add or override terms for a specific customer pilot.
Service
DUEX provides deal-review software for sales, revenue operations, and finance teams, with Slack-native delivery planned for the near-term roadmap. During early access, DUEX is offered through structured paid pilots with defined scope and success metrics.
Acceptable use
- Use DUEX only for authorized business deal-review workflows.
- Do not submit data you are not authorized to share.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Your data and ownership
- You own the deal context, decision records, and configuration data you submit.
- DUEX owns the engine, prompts, model orchestration, and product code.
- We do not use your data to train public models; data handling details are described in the Privacy Policy and any signed pilot agreement.
Pilots and fees
Pilot fees, scope, usage targets, and termination rights are described in the pilot agreement signed before the pilot starts. If there is a conflict, the signed pilot agreement controls.
No warranty
DUEX is provided "as is" during the early-access period. Recommendations produced by DUEX are decision-support outputs intended for review by humans before any commercial action. DUEX is not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for final approval decisions and for validating outputs before acting on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DUEX and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the applicable pilot, or CAD $100 if no fees were paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms as DUEX evolves. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
